“It is my right”: Serving people with print disabilities

Abstract

An update on the work of SPPD as well as particulars on the results of two recent surveys - a survey of people with print disabilities to determine their needs in regard to access to reading and listening materials and public library services (delivered in the fall of 2011) and  a survey of library staff to determine their needs in regard to training and resources to help them serve people with print disabilties (delivered in winter 2012).
