Copyright Modernization Act: In Force?

Abstract

Canada's Copyright Modernization Act, SC 2012, c 20 received royal assent with P.C. 2012-1392.  Once it appears in the Canada Gazette, Part II, most sections will come into force.  This will probably happen November 7, 2012.
