Abstract

This article describes a recent Open Access week event organized by BCLA's Information Policy Committee. The salon featured a presentation by Brian Owen, discussing the challenges of funding open access initiatives.

Allison Trumble

Allison Trumble is the Salon coordinator for BCLA's Information Policy Committee. She is also an MLIS candidate at the iSchool at UBC and is currently on a co-op placement at UBC's Koerner Library.
