The SFU Undergraduate Research Symposium (UGRS) provides an opportunity for eligible undergraduate students from all disciplines to present their research in a friendly and supportive environment. The Symposium showcases the high quality original undergraduate research taking place across Simon Fraser University. The Symposium is a multidisciplinary forum, meaning that student presenters are able to share their research with a diverse and interdisciplinary audience.

Vol. 3 (2022): SFU Undergraduate Research Symposium 2022

The Undergraduate Research Symposium has a mission to recognize undergraduate student research and foster interdisciplinary dialogue and the 2022 iteration was a celebration of those goals. The 2022 Symposium featured students' research posters in a month-long display on the seventh floor of the W.A.C. Bennett Library on Burnaby Campus. The live Symposium event was hosted virtually. On Symposium day, student researchers were grouped into interdisciplinary panels and engaged in presentations and faculty-moderated, interdisciplinary discussions. The 2022 SFU Undergraduate Research Symposium Journal serves as an archive of the students' abstracts and research posters.
